Attack

All attacks are:
Walking Stance followed by Middle Obverse Punch to solar plexus.
Right fist first, then left fist.

Defence

Left leg back L Stance.
Right Middle Outer Forearm Block.
Left leg forward Walking Stance.
Right leg forward L Stance.
Right Knife Hand Strike to back of neck or ribs (depending on height of opponent).
