Attack

All attacks are:
Walking Stance followed by Middle Obverse Punch to solar plexus.
Right fist first, then left fist.

Defence

Left leg back L Stance.
Right Inward Palm Heal Block.
Anti clockwise turn left Fixed Stance.
Left Elbow Thrust to solar plexus or jaw / temple (depending on height of opponent).
