TOURNAMENTS!
These are becoming increasingly costly to run. Hall hire costs, first aiders, decent trophies/medals and insurance etc.
Many senior members are also needed to run the squares and referee etc. Entry fees of 15 pounds plus are not uncommon. Then add the the cost of transport for parents and other expenses and this can add up to a considerable expense.
We are hoping to fund raise for our members to help with entry fees. On club night training a collection jar will be provided for any loose change that you may want to contribute. this is purely voluntary.White Tiger Taekwon-Do will match any cash raised.
PS I am hoping to run our own Tiger Tournament early in February 2019. Help to keep the costs down by contributing odd change?
