Colour Belt grading – January 2026:

We had our first Colour Belt Grading of the year at the end of January 2026. Well done to everyone who passed on the day! Very good standards all round.

The colour belt gradings for remainder of 2026 are as follows: Friday 15th May 2026 and 25th September 2026

If you are planning to grade, make sure that you hand in your Licence Books and grading fees (£20) in the week before the grading. Please speak to Mr. Gent if you’re unsure if you’re ready.

At the beginning of this month, I will be away on holiday for a couple of weeks. However, training will continue ran by assistant instructor Mr. John Simons from Friday 6th Feb 2026 to 17th Feb 2026. Mr. Gent will be back to take the lesson on Friday 20th Feb 2026.

LTSI Tournaments:

There are two LTSI Tournaments, which we hope to attend this year. The first LTSI Tournament (LTSI South East Opens Tournament) will be 1st March 2026 at Hertfordshire Sports Village Centre. If your planning to enter, you will need to head to the LTSI website: https://www.ltsi-tournaments.co.uk/ and follow the instructions.

The second LTSI Tournament (LTSI English TKD Opens Tournament ) will be on 11th October 2026 at Hertfordshire Sports Village Centre. Again, head to the LTSI website: https://www.ltsi-tournaments.co.uk/ and follow the instructions if you plan to enter.

As it’s the New Year, if you know of any friends etc. looking to try something new? Bring them along! New members always welcome. First 3 lessons are free. Remember if you get a new member to license you get 1 months free training.
