1 Step Sparring : Number 1

Attack

All attacks are:
Walking Stance followed by Middle Obverse Punch to solar plexus.
Right fist first, then left fist.

Defence

Right leg back Walking Stance.
Left Inner Forearm Block.
Right Reverse Punch.

1 Step Sparring : Number 2

Attack

All attacks are:
Walking Stance followed by Middle Obverse Punch to solar plexus.
Right fist first, then left fist.

Defence

Left leg back L Stance.
Right Middle Outer Forearm Block.
Left leg forward Walking Stance.
Right leg forward L Stance.
Right Knife Hand Strike to back of neck or ribs (depending on height of opponent).

1 Step Sparring : Number 3

Attack

All attacks are:
Walking Stance followed by Middle Obverse Punch to solar plexus.
Right fist first, then left fist.

Defence

Left leg back L Stance.
Right Inward Outer Forearm Block.
Right Backfist Strike to temple
or bridge of the nose.

1 Step Sparring : Number 4

Attack

All attacks are:
Walking Stance followed by Middle Obverse Punch to solar plexus.
Right fist first, then left fist.

Defence

Left leg back L Stance.
Right Inward Palm Heal Block.
Anti clockwise turn left Fixed Stance.
Left Elbow Thrust to solar plexus or jaw / temple (depending on height of opponent).

1 Step Sparring : Number 5

Attack

All attacks are:
Walking Stance followed by Middle Obverse Punch to solar plexus.
Right fist first, then left fist.

Defence

Left leg forward L Stance.
Left Palm Pushing Block to elbow.
Double Combination Punch to ribs or jawline (depending on height of opponent).

1 Step Sparring : Number 6

Attack

All attacks are:
Walking Stance followed by Middle Obverse Punch to solar plexus.
Right fist first, then left fist.

Defence

Right leg forward Sitting Stance 45 angle.
Left Outer Forearm Block.
Right Punch to jaw or solar plexus.

1 Step Sparring : Number 7

Attack

All attacks are:
Walking Stance followed by Middle Obverse Punch to solar plexus.
Right fist first, then left fist.

Defence

Right leg forward Sitting Stance 45 angle.
Left Knife Hand Block.
Inward Knife Hand strike to jaw.

1 Step Sparring : Number 8

Attack

All attacks are:
Walking Stance followed by Middle Obverse Punch to solar plexus.
Right fist first, then left fist.

Defence

Slide 45 L Stance Forearm Guarding Block.
Front Kick to abdomen.
Double Punch to nose or solar plexus.

1 Step Sparring : Number 9

Walking Stance followed by Middle Obverse Punch to solar plexus.
Right fist first, then left fist.

Defence

Slide 45 L Stance Knife Hand Guarding Block.
Right Side Kick to solar plexus.
Right Backfist Strike to nose.

Right leg back L Stance.
Left Inward Palm Pushing Block.
Move left foot out to correct range.
Right Turning Kick to solar plexus.
Right leg forward L Stance behind
to attackers front foot.
Right Knife Hand Strike to neck or ribs (depending on height of opponent).
